This document addresses two audiences:
- Masjid Goer: You do not sign up. You interact with masjid listings through the themasjidapp.org website, The Masjid App mobile app, or any of our websites or mobile applications that link to this notice.
- Masjid Admin: You are staff at a masjid and have created an account on The Masjid App to use its features to interact with Masjid Goers.

02Use of The Masjid App
Masjid Admin, The Masjid App is a comprehensive masjid management system that provides everything a masjid needs from a single dashboard. You agree to use the app solely for lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms, and to respect the rights and privacy of others.
03User Responsibilities
Masjid Admin, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
04Content Ownership
Masjid Admin, all content posted by a masjid within The Masjid App is owned by that masjid. We do not claim any rights to the content you upload or share. It is the responsibility of each masjid to ensure that the content it posts does not infringe on any copyrights or violate any laws.
05Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
06Limitation of Liability
The Masjid App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, as it is not needed.
07Termination
For Masjid Goers, we reserve the right to suspend or ban your IP address if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful or inaccurate to the app or its users.
For Masjid Admins, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful or inaccurate to the app or its users.

Masjid Goers, using the app is free.
Masjid Admins, by using The Masjid App, you agree to pay the price specified at the time of your purchase for the features specified. You acknowledge that The Masjid App is an evolving platform with ongoing updates and new features. We reserve the right to change the pricing at any time in the future, and we will notify you in advance before any payment changes take effect.
